Dive Kauai Scuba Center

I had a wonderful experience with Discover Scuba Diving with Dive Kauai team! Dom and Avery were the instructors and were very professional and knowledgeable. I was the only person who had signed up for the activity for that time slot and they were kind and still went ahead with the course without canceling it. They were both excellent instructors and were very patient with my slow learning. The location of the dive was very beautiful and it was great to see the turtles and lots of marine life. The whole experience was great and I look forward to continue with certification. I highly recommend Dive Kauai!

What an experience ! Logan was very patient in teaching us the basics before the dive. Our family of 4 (two 17 years olds ) enjoyed the time we had underwater and felt safe the entire time. Saw turtles sleeping and got a good feel of the basics of scuba diving. He pointed out many things under water including the sound of the whales. I would encourage anyone who has wanted to dive to try it here with Dive Kauai.

Laurel was an excellent instructor and the whole open water certification course was very well put together. The gear that was provided was definitely used but it was all very clean and in working order. Our instructor was definitely very interested in us learning and was conscious of our safety/well being throughout the entire course. She made sure we were comfortable with everything and made sure to point out lots of underwater creatures that might have been missed otherwise; such as eels, turtles, starfish, etc. I am sure there’s other dive shops and instructors on the island that are just as good, but I would absolutely recommend this operation as I couldn’t imagine having had a better experience!

Dive scuba could have more identifiable signage at the dive sight but the charisma of their staff,Logan, and the awareness of their clients skills and comfort zones are so accommodating. I will use them again as soon as as we can get back to the island. I really appreciate how Logan took the time to get to know the skill levels of the divers and ensure the comfort and quality of the dive was still awesome. So great! Thank you

The booking crew was supremely communicative and flexible with our travel schedule. Several in our group ended up with colds from the plane trip over and we had to push out our dive course a few days. We found a reschedule time that worked which was awesome! Excellent experience with our dive guide Drew. He was fantastic with our family of four and worked us through the basic skills of an intro to dive course. Mom wasn’t comfortable with the underwater skills to he calmly worked her through some practice but ended up paddling her back in to shore when it clearly wasn’t working for her. He came back and took the other three of us out for an intro dive at about 35’ deep and it was spectacular. Two turtles, tons of cool corals and tropical fish and a huge wall of schooling fish that must have been fleeing from something big that we never saw. Such a proud Dad moment to see my two boys experience the undiscovered underwater universe with me! Great professional crew and I highly recommend the experience!

Wow!! We enjoyed a wonderful experience with Dive Kauai. The Divemaster, Logan was clearly experienced and confident, yet kind with a quick wit. Made the trip comfortable and fun. My wife is not certified and was a bit nervous, but with Avery's calm instruction and assistance she had a fantastic experience and is looking forward to becoming a certified diver. Thanks for a great day!! Looking forward to our next dive!

What a wonderful day! Excellent care and attention from both dive masters. Pre-dive instruction was very informative with clear directions and in depth explanations of what we might see. I felt very comfortable with this team. I had so much fun. I will definitely recommend Kauai Dive to my friends. Keep up the good work. I still don’t know how they called in so many turtles. 🤩
